1. Who is this program for?
I've never used suspension training, can I do this?
Absolutely. Learning the technique is easy, and modifiable to meet your strength.
How long is this program? Will it last the duration of my travel?
The templates provided are scripted out for one week, and can be repeated as long as you want. The templates are meant to inspire ideas of how to program and you can mix and match the videos provided to your heart's content. You can make it as easy or difficult as you want.
How long is each workout session?
These templates are designed for 30 minute workouts, short and sweet. However, reps and sets are not provided so you can decide how long you want to work out for.
